Pekka has acquired more than fifteen years of experience in executive positions at international companies, as a board member, CEO, business development director and partner. He is currently serving as a CEO of Finnish fund management company Tutor Invest, and as a chairman or board member or as an advisor to owners of several Finnish industrial, technology and service sector companies.  Pekka has overseen several mergers and acquisitions as well as capital investment rounds in Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Estonia and Finland. His areas of expertise include strategic plans for growth companies, internationalization, corporate transactions, corporate finance and private equity investment activities.
