Teemu has acquired his expertise working in various advisory positions related to developing management over the past five years. He has previous experience with various tasks within the industrial and service sectors as well as sales, marketing and customer service. Teemu received his Master of Science degree through the industrial engineering and management program at the Tampere University of Technology. He specialized in management and human resources, accounting and finance as well as technological and strategic leadership.

His particular fields of expertise are the strategic development of SMEs, the growth of shareholder value and the overall planning and developing of business operations. Teemu has worked as part of various development programs within industrial and service companies. He has worked as a head trainer of business and entrepreneurship training, which has also included personal tutoring of the owners and senior management of SMEs.
