Timo has been in executive positions within advisory service companies specializing in sales, marketing and productization. He has been responsible for the plans and strategies of their top level customers. His fields of expertise include customer relationship management, service development, commodification and marketing. For several years he served on the executive team of TBWA Helsinki. He has held the position of CEO at TEQUILA marketing agency and communication agency Topic Oy as well as business director of the advertising agency PHS. He has been in charge of Silja Line's store activities. Timo has experience in serving on the boards of SMEs as a chairman and member of the board.
